Did you make a typo on the year? In 1971 Chevy went to front disc brakes on pickups. I am not aware of any front wheel drum brakes after that. A 1980 C10 would have came with discs from the factory. That would be weird if someone converted it to drums.
If thats the case your best bet would be to find a donor truck (73-87) and take the whole front xmember, master clyinder and porportioning valve. It will all bolt right in.
