49 GMC Door sagging

I recently purchased a very clean (18,000 miles) 49 GMC pickup. All is their, no rust,

Problem..passenger door is sagging, I need to start somewhere to correct this problem. When you close the door it drops back down about 1/2 inch,

I'm looking for suggestion as where to start.
