That sounds like a decent price but I have been known to haggle price over a chicken dinner at a fast food restaurant before so i would work toward 6 or 7 figure for the truck. If it really has a 235 in it, that makes it an older motor. Always make sure your title matches the VIN before you sign the check. The cabs are known to rust in several places noteably just in front of the doors and the step plate area under the door. A six takes away the value a little and since it is a 3/4 ton (should have 8 bolt tires) then you can't get much for speed and miles per gallon. Make sure you know what that motor is. Remember the cars started putting the pvc in the valve covers in 63 and the same year started putting alternators on in place of generators. If the motor is an older motor, that further makes for a reason not to get carried off on paying a lot for it.
