1963 IH 190

Hey all, i just bought a dump truck with a 549 in it at an auction. I know the owners but the truck has been sitting and now cant get it started. Too many hands have been tinkering I think. Gets spark to the dist but wont fire. anyone know the firing order, point gap, and the PROPER way to time it? also read where it may need to be timed on the #4 cylinder. If so where do you set the dist. to make sure it is going to hit correctly. This is all new to me on these IH trucks. Please help.
