1986 Southwind w/ GM instrument cluster

Hi,
I have a 1986 Fleetwood Southwind Motorhome ( w/ the GM truck platform )it uses a GM instrument cluster w 2 large round gauges... one the "speedo" and the other one w/ 4 small gauges around it (fuel, water temp,oil pressure and amp gauge does anyone know what year and model pick up or truck this came in? I am trying to find either El Glow face or just the white face to fit this application.
