1965 GMC Ford - What's it Worth?

My neighbor has this old 1965 GMC pickup. The body's a little rusted, but only has one small ding. And it still runs pretty good. She'd like to sell it, but she's wondering what it might be worth. Can anyone give me a ballpark figure? Also, where would you recommend I go to sell it - any good welsites I could post an ad on?
