351w in 1977 Ford 3 ton. Dumb idea?

I have a 1977 Ford 3 ton with a blown 391 engine. I also have a wrecked 1984 grande marquis car with a good 351w in it. What changes would be required to put this motor in the 3 ton and would this be a good idea. Thanks in advance for any help.
