Sonny that's gonna be one more cobbled up useless mess even with the highest quality workmanship on the construction.

Like Truck says it won't be good at all about backing and for that fact it will be a nightmare going forwards.

Then the real kicker is that with no more weight than you'll have on your condo fruitshaker the brake system will be about useless.

Somebody somewhere has talked you into putting a pile of money into a death trap.
