460 Lincoln fit a 350 1 ton Ford Truck

Needing a cheap swap.I got a nice 460 in a 77 Lincoln and my 90 Ford 350 4x4 has a blown motor..Will it fit without much swapping.I know the oil pan and exhaust will be a problem. Maybe oil filter too.Flywheel? Do you know of a link for this swap?Any help will be really nice..Thanks idontno
