Any have a blue book or opinion on value?

Going to look at a 3/4 ton camper special 1970 Dodge powerwagon 4x4, has a 1973 400 in it, automatic trans, rust free , dent free,Ca truck. Can anyone give a "general value" to this? Paint is fair to good, Any one else have one?
