why not look into a short engine from ford and have our heads rebuilt then it is not that big of a deal . tHAT IS WHAT I SHOULD HAVE DONE ON MY 88 f350 4x4 AND RUN IT FOR A NOTHER 300000. A new short engine thru ford at my cost was like 2700 for new but no i had to buy a Dodge with a cummins . Atleast the Ford never had to have new wheel bearings and the A/C in the ford would freeze ya out the Dodge need to be fixed and that is and all day job .
