This clutch set-up has got to be one of THE
MOST BOGUS contraptions ever foisted on the
customer! Besides it being a chintzy and
short-lived system the master cylinder is
bolted to a firewall that will flex until it cracks
and gives, leaving you with no clutch....AGAIN!
Is FORD aware of the problem? Well, they
have 2 different kits avaiable to strengthen the
firewall...a little one for when you catch it quick
and a BIG one for when you don't! Really
pathetic engineering from the git-go! Yes, this
subject is one of my sorepoints as you can
tell!
