Planning on the doing the box floor on the 1949 Ford 1/2 ton,I have the required new metal strips for hold-downs and would like to know is there a bevel in the plank to accomdate the metel or does the strip just lay on top of the board. Might cut my own lumber as the wood kit is 450$ or better.Any thoughts? Thanks Dan in AB
