Hello all;

I know this site is for 1986 and older, but I have a 1987 Dodge W250 (similiar anyways) with a 318 engine and a manual 4 speed tranny. somethign smoked in the steering column (thinkign ignition switch) and now it won't start. Also, with the key in the on position, all the accessories come on, but the AC/Heat blower does not, where it did before. First question, how do I get into the column to see what smoked? My Haynes manual isn't very good at describing this. I took the steering wheel off, and i can get to the turn signal swith, but that is about it. Also, why did the blower quit? The fuse didn't blow. Thank you for any input.

- Mike
