I have spent the past year restoring my '71 F-250, includ. new paint and some new chrome moulding. It's been wonderfully rewarding. I did some of the prep. work--removed bumpers, took off all the moulding, etc. I also did some minor body work using body filler, but two bigger "dings" required the help of a pro. The paint bill, includ. the pro body work, came to $4,000. There wasn't much rust because it spent much of its "life" in Arizona. I'm finishing up the cab now (new door panels and a new radio/CD player). If you have any questions I can help you with, please don't hesitate to contact me. This coming Tues., I'll have the truck bed coated with a spray-on liner.
