That may be a hard thing to replace, if it wasn't a Ford option. As I recall there were a number of aftermarket models, and it'd be unusual if the inside connections fit another companies outside arm. If you haven't already, try posting to ford-trucks.com in case it was an option. There's probably other Ford truck sites, too; try Googling antique Ford trucks and vintage Ford trucks. Good luck.
