If you got trailer brakes, and the trailer is rated for this much weight, and you don't have to go through mountains. And you truck is in real good shape, brakes, tires. I'd do it myself but if you've uncomfortable with a load this big, think long and hard on it first. Remember with a tractor this big, FOUR log chains, and at least two tighteners, a chain at each wheel. You could go and load it up, haul it around a few miles, with the thought that if its too much for your truck, or trailer, or you, then unload it, go home and make other arrangments, like calling your local implement dealer, to have it transported, only 100 miles, it shouldn't break you financially.
