Start by measuring the drum inside diameter, and the brake shoe width, as there was more than likely more than one brake system that could be "spec'ed" on that truck.

Take that information to a REAL auto supply store that has a brake parts catalog, such as Raybestos or a competing brand.

If no help there, email me with the width and diameter information, and I will try to find a part number for you.
