I don't remember if it had electric wipers or vacuum, but my 70 Gremlin with the same engine had terrible vacuum wipers until I put in electric ones from a little later Gremlin or Hornet. Vacuum wipers were a PITA, even with the addition of a pump that was supposed to add to the vacuum. It seemed like they always quit if you opened the throttle much at all and only worked good if the throttle was fully closed. Electric wipers might have cost more initially, but at least they worked!
