C70 Spoke wheels to stamped question

Bought a almost complete C70 today to pull the 366 engine out of for one of my other trucks. Trouble is that the truck has the spoke type wheels and is missing the back rims/tires and the truck is setting with the spokes on the ground. I need a set of wheels to pull her home and so my question is can I unbolt the spokes and bolt on stamped one piece wheels from one of my other chevy 2 tons?
