E.O.E., No, you will have to change out the entire Hub Assenbly.
First pull the axles, then undue the lock nut and retainer ring.
Now slide off the hub/brake drum. Look out it is heaavy + - 100 lbs.
Then reverse the process with the bud hub/brake assembly.
You might visit with some neighhbors who have spoke style trucks and see if you could borrow a spare wheel or two. Just to get it home. Just a thought.
