1938 D2 International Harvester PU

Need some advice to see if a good skillet whomping is worth it. I
am just a shade tree mechanic that likes old machines. I just like
their character and looks. I have always wanted an old pick up to
take to shows. I found one that I can purchase for $3,500. Runs as
is and is 100% stock. I would appreciate and encouragement or
warnings!. I'd just hate to have this one slip away.... it's only about
100 miles from home.
