They are all the same under the skin. I think the only difference you might notice is the grille, and even those will interchange. At one time I owned a '63 F-100, somehow my ex managed to wipe the front end off of it. I found a deal on '61 F-250 and rebuilt the '63 using the '61 front sheetmetal. Later on the rear differential went out to lunch due to some abuse on my part, so I replaced the entire rear axle with the axle from the '61 F-250. It bolted right up, the only other thing I had to change was the drive shaft.
