97 S-10 driveshaft issues

Just replaced my trans due to a shutter or WOW in the driveshaft. U joints were replaced, Mid Bearing was replaced too. Still got wow or shutter while driving.
Not sure how to check if the driveshaft is aligned correctly. How would that be done?
