IT HAD BRAKES AND I LET IT SIT FOR 2 WEEKS AND WHEN I HOOKED BACK UP TO IT I HAD NO BRAKES. I USED A TEST LIGHT AND BOTH WIRES COMING OUT OF BRAKES ARE HOT. PUT THERE IS NOT NO DRAG ON BRAKE AT ALL???
