C60 427?

I just found a 1969-1971????? C 60 dump truck with a 427 BB in it. What is the big difference between the 427 truck motor versus a 427 impala, camaro etc.. motor?. I'd like to pull the 427 and put it in a 1 ton pick up w/ some high perf add ons.
