Those trucks could have a 6 cyl 235-261 or V8's of 283 or 348 CI. The "50" in the grill means it is a 50 series truck(about 1-1/2 ton).
They had indipendent front suspension with ball joints that are incredibly expensive ($1600-$2000) to replace,IF they are still avalible.Keep them well lubed.
