'55 International Metro Stepvan

I'm looking for suggestions where I might acquire wheels for this van. It is located 90 miles from my house and does'nt any rims on it now. I am having difficulty finding out lug pattern(number of lugs and diameter or spacing of lugs). In addition. I do not know the size of lug nuts or bolts. Can someone furnish tire size and possible alternate makes and models that have same wheels? Thanks
