I would expect about 15K, but that would be mint, showroom, and pedigree papers documenting all work done and by whom and where. Frame-off restoration of course. Conversion to 12volt sometimes means it won't start anymore with 6volt. Ask for demonstration of hand crank start when engine is cold. If it can't be hand started, engine is worn-out, reason for converting to 12 volt.
