obsolete truck/trailer brakes

just got in an old equipment trailer ( tandem dually tiltbed) using 7:50 x 20 wheels similar to Ford truck...It has electric brakes on one axle but front is an idler...

Anyone have any idea of where to go to find obsolete brake parts like backing plates ect to mput brakes on idler? Have no idea of axle brand..can't find any name plate or stamping...

Idler axle has flanges for the backing plate

I did the google thing and came up short
