79 F100 grill conversion???

Jak Jr smacked a big doe last weekend ruining his 79 square headlight grill and bumper.Will the round headlamp buckets bolt right on the late 79 grill?I found a 77 two piece grill that he wants instead of the original.Have some of ya here done this switch?He hit the deer hard enough to bend the frame horn on the drivers side and cause the right side door to hit the fender.Thanks for any help.
