First make sure the coolant is hot enought to produce heat...run the engine awhile and feel the heater hoses, they should be hot, not just warm..
If that is ok, check any cutoff valves and make sure they (or it) is open...Next check that the proper door is open on the heater itself...last item is the heater core..remove both hoses and flush out using a water hose, flush both directions...if everything above fails, replace heater core..sometimes heater cores will have a build up of lime and the only good solution is replacement...
