Check out binderbooks.com for the reprints. I have the shop manual and it is helpful, but not the be-all end-all of manuals. You could also get the parts manual as well as operator's manuals. Operator manual isn't too bad, but the other two are around $60 each.

oldihc.org is a good resource for LRS info...
