1986 Chev Vacume Controls

I have a 1986 Chevy truck. I have replaced the motor in it and all is good but one thing. The heater is stuck on Bi Level. I cannot figure out how to get it to switch to defrost. I do not know if it is Vacume or Electric.

Can someone help me?
