Truck mileage rates

A guy wants me to haul trash to the dump. I'm trying to find out what the going rate to charge per mile is. Driver time will be billed seperately. The truck is an IH Loadstar 1800 dump. Load capacity 5 tons. Anyone know what would be right to charge?
