Later model Ford COE trucks with 292/312s have dual ehauxt rams Horn manifolds that easily work on any y-block in any ford truck...
They go for about $300 on ebay...

Be careful as the lincoln manifolds look the same but won't fit.

Make sure that all of the exhaust bolt holes are in a straight line ( The lincoln/big truck manifolds have a staggered bolt pattern)
