C60 Overdrive Question

There were some overdrive transmissions installed in C60 trucks. Any way to tell it's an OD transmission without crawling under the truck?

Roy S mentioned installing a spicer overdrive behind his regular transmission. Roy, tell us more about this option like price of the OD, was it new or salvage, what type of shifter into the cab, etc.
