I had posted earilier on switching 2x frame to 4x4 and no one responded so though I'd give an update. I didn't mention before this is a K30 which was problem locating frame - lots of 1/2 & 3/4 ton 4x4 frames around but wanted to keep it true 1 ton. It is possible and not totally terrible if you don't mind alot of drilling and measuring along with a little cutting and welding. Definately not for mechanically challenged and a some frabicating experience comes in handy. Would I do it again ? I'll let you know when I recouperate from this one - probably alot easier 2nd time though.
