I just salvaged a 73 model C60 that had power steering. You will need a pump, cylinder, fluid cooler, (looks like a transmission cooler, mounts in front of radiator), and the steering gear box. I believe this topic has been touched on before so you might want to search for it. Seems like I have heard that the easy way is to find a salvage truck with the parts you need and get the parts as well as the crossmember.
