You'll find that probably 90% of the smoke smell is from the headliner, windows and dash area. Take out the headliner and clean the windows and dash, Chances are most of the smell will be gone. As far as the seats go, Just about any good spray upholstery cleaner will handle what little smoke smell is actually in the seats.
