1973 Ford Pick Up ..... F250

Looking for some help please. A neighbor is selling his 1973 F250 but I have no idea what I should pay. He wants $3,700.00 but I'm assuming that's a little high. Any ideas or info would be greatly appreciated. It's actually in pretty good condition.
