'49 Willys CJ3a - Convert 6v Pos ground to 6v Neg

Posted by bbauman on February 07, 2007 at 19:56:13 from (131.146.7.104):

I got a '49 Willys CJ3A that is currently 6v Positive ground. They came from the factory as 6v Negative ground.

Does anyone know what it takes to convert it back?

My generator and voltage regulator are both bad. Can get a 6v Neg ground alternator for half the price of a 6v generator so looking at that option. Not really interested in converting it to 12v.

Thanks.
