I have a 1976 F-250 4x4, that I put a tandem rear under it and made my own walker beams, now a 6x6 and I put duals on it with no problem,(dana 60 rears), later I put disc brakes on rear just like on the front, (unbleaveable stopping power), changed the lug studs to 9/16 like later models, then went with Alcoa aluinmun wheel (6 , 4 rear, 2 front) and do not have a problem.Used late model dually rims (96) and drum to rim clearence is real close, but not touching
