Well, I agree the GMC is about $1000 too high. Haven't looked at the NADA website, so I don't know what book is on any of these trucks.

But the truck with the manual transmission has the most appeal to me just because autos are expensive to rebuild and you know you're going to have to rebuild them.

Another thing to remember is that these things are like tractors and combines. The cheaper it is, the more likely you'll have to pour money into it. Six tires, for example can easily run $800 - $1000 installed.

If I do find any combines, i'll let you know on the other board. When I told my wife that some people collect combines, she just gave me the evil eye. But, maybe if I tell her that I could use a combine as a big brush hog to cut our tall fescue, save the seeds and re-plant the pasture, then maybe she would go along with it. Maybe. LOL
