Dodge 4x4 vibrations

I have a dodge 4x4 3/4 ton 74 with put in 400 motor and 727.
had repair new bearings in front wheels both sides. checked all u-joins are good and clean.
tires are new 31 inch. on 15" wheels.
There is a real vibration some where when driving down the hwy it was't there long, I took it in shop had them come out for a drive seem cant find where it is.. not sure if it's the Short shaft is doing the vibration..
Any other thoughts where to check?
need to get it fixed, driving to work every day.
