Dual exhausts for '62 C-10

I want to run dual exausts with the v8. I am willing to buy headers, but am not sure how to get around the torsion bar mounts on the middle of the frame, or the large rear axle sway bars that meeting almost in the center of the frame. Anyone do this ?
