1965 GMC radio

Just bought this 65 gmc radio on ebay. I opened it up to see which wires connected to grd,spk, and 12v. I can't figure it? 12v is soldered to case? I put arrows pointing to 12v and where it is soldered to side of case. Does anyone have a diagram showing if in fact that is 12v connection or not. I actually have a 63 gmc but haven't seen any radios for it yet so I bought this 65 radio for now.
