Thought about doing the same to my C-50 a few years ago. The problem I came up against is that I couldn't find a master cylinder that would push enough volume for the twin wheel cylinders. Think about it, you have four wheel cylinders on the rear alone. Ended up just rebuilding the existing system. If you do figure something out that works, I sure would like to know about.
