IHC 1500 D Master Cylinder part source

I am trying to save a 1965 IHC 1500 D and have a frozen brake and clutch combined master cylinder. I need to know how much and where can one be bought so I know whether I can save the truck from the crusher. Any help or info would be appreciated. Mark
