Fender skirts for new trucks

Am I crazy? I keep seeing this pick up truck around town with full fender skirts and it looks cool! I would guess its a Chevy between 1990 and 1996. I have searched the internet from one end to the other and I can't find any manufacturers of fender skirts for newer vehicles. There is a company making skirts for PT Cruisers..has anyone got links to any manufacturer of full fender skirts? I have a 2001 GMC that would look good with skirts..Hey..I have a Powerwagon fer muddin..the skirts are fer Saturday nights
